- All processed orders are received the following business day. 7th Floor offers a variety of shipping methods to help fit the customers' needs. All orders are subject to a 6 day processing period, regardless of the shipping method chosen. All orders are shipped in a non-descript brown cardboard box. Shipping costs are estimated by weight, distance of travel, and shipping method. UPS Ground and USPS Priority services take 3-6days for arrival. 7th Floor does not offer any expedited shipping options with Saturday delivery.
- Privacy & Security
- 7th Floor, LLC takes the privacy and security of its customers very seriously. Any and all credit card information taken by phone is immediately destroyed following the processing of an order. 7th Floor does not sell customer information nor is it in any way veiwable by anyone other than specific 7th Floor employees.
- Returns & Replacements
- 7th Floor, LLC has a 30 day customer satisfaction guarentee. If a customer is not fully satisfied with our product and wishes to return it with in this period 7th Floor will accomodate this. For legal reasons, however, 7th Floor cannot accept used glass accessories for return, and they will be deducted from the original purchase price. If an item has broken due to a manufacturer defect in the first 30 days after purchase 7th Floor will replace the item at no cost to the customer. To make a claim of this nature photographic evidence is required.
- Ordering
- All orders place by credit card will take 24 hours to process. This means if you place an order on a Friday, it will not be received by our system until the following Monday. Customers choosing to pay via PayPal may experience extended processing times. Orders can be placed on our website or by calling directly and speaking to a sales representative.
- Promotions
- 7th Floor may issue promotional codes at its descretion. Promotional codes will be one time use and time sensitive, and will be issued in adavance of the promotion. The promotional code "Paul" is no longer valid for a 10% discount.
- Viewing Orders
- After placing an order and creating a customer profile, customers can log in to reveiw their orders.
- Updating Account Information
- Customers can edit account information on their customer profile. If a field was filled in incorrectly at the time of placing an order the customer should contact 7th Floor immediately to have the information corrected. 7th Floor cannot guarentee all corrections will be made before orders have filled. Please contact 7th Floor within the first 24 hours of placing your order to have the best chance for the change to be made.
